A fireplace makeover totally transformed this room.  The floor to ceiling traditional brick fireplace which dominated the room was removed. The wall was drywalled with a slight bump out, painted a slightly darker colour to stand out from the rest of the wall, and a linear crystal gas fireplace was installed. To keep with the clean modern look, a custom cast concrete surround and hearth was  designed to create a gorgeous new focal point. A large piece of colourful art completes the transformation that this fireplace makeover made.
