The living room, and in particular the Henzel graffiti area rug,  set the style and colour palate  for the rest of this open space condo. The custom sectional sofa was done in a neutral grey linen type durable fabric and colour and texture was provided by the throw cushions. Open chrome legs and a low back keep this sectional from dominating the living room. Down filled cushions make it a comfortable spot to relax. The accent chair is a showstopper with its vintage dark leather and shiny chrome frame which reflects the wonderful rug.  The studded, textured round side table provides valuable display space. The two level glass and metal coffee table keeps the rug in the spotlight and also expands by having one level swivel out. The Boom floor lamp by Hive is like a sculpture with its little people climbing up over each other. The wall behind the television was covered in dark grey wood look tile to add architectural interest and to allow the TV to disappear . A freestanding white rolled steel ethanol fireplace in the corner provides another focal point and ambiance. A floor to ceiling iron grid mirror brings light and interest into the centre of the condo and adds some edge to this urban living room.
