Graffiti Bathroom
This small ensuite graffiti bathroom packs a big punch with its Banksy tiles and industrial edge. A bathtub was removed to make room for the glass walk-in shower with sliding barn door. It was possible to use wood look porcelain tile plank on all the floor surfaces because of the linear drain in the shower. This continuity of flooring makes the room appear much larger. The back wall was tiled with the amazing Banksy graffiti tiles to become the feature wall and set the tone for the design. The remaining walls were tiled with oversized white subway tiles with light grey grout. A custom steel vanity was topped with a concrete look quartz and an oversize vessel sink for two. Storage is plentiful in the two baskets underneath the vanity and in the oversized mirrored medicine cabinet beside the shower. A custom mirror with two integrated light sconces was installed on the wall behind the vanity and runs from the counter to the ceiling. The colour changing LED lights around the perimeter of the ceiling draw attention to the exposed pipes and the concrete ceiling and up the cool factor.
